Representing Team 4Sight, we competed in the DLSU HackerCup 2025 on August 15–16 at Gokongwei Hall, De La Salle University. We tackled the theme 'Convenience: Hacking Everyday Hassles for Better Communities.' Our project, DokQ, is a smart appointment system featuring both a patient portal and a dashboard for healthcare providers. It is designed to reduce long queues in healthcare facilities while empowering patients with a digital profile to manage appointments and store their health history. Out of 24 participating teams, we proudly placed 9th. Beyond the ranking, it was a truly rewarding experience to innovate, collaborate, and learn together.August 15–16, 2025Gokongwei Hall, De La Salle University
